About
Hi! I’m Paige (she/her).
I am a licensed therapist providing individual therapy to adolescent youth and young adults (ages 10+) throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties and Washington State. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the State of Washington and am based in Bellingham, WA.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023 from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA and my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2018 from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. My clinical background includes working with children and adolescents who have experienced abuse and trauma as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I have training in several evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
My interest in working with adolescent youth and young adult clients began within a youth ministry context and has been shaped by clinical experience working with child and adolescent survivors of child sexual abuse. I am passionate about working with issues related to anxiety, depression, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), trauma, and gender/sexual identity.
I was born and raised in the San Juan Islands and call the Pacific Northwest home. I currently live in Bellingham with my husband and our two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, video games, and baking.
